Master of Fine Arts (MFA)

From 2015-2018, I continued my education in the Masters Program: Master of Fine Arts (Graphic Design) at Marywood University…all while pregnant with twins and buying and renovating our new house! I not only grew as a creator but as a person. I focused on Guerrilla Advertising through most of my projects and also completed my thesis on the topic.

Guerrilla Advertising: Unconventional marketing strategies for small businesses.

#XOXOprah

Created a kindness campaign for Oprah Magazine. It consisted of a social media component where people would post pictures of passing along the wooden heart that they received with the magazine. The idea was to see how far the heart can go! Series consisted of a poster and the set of ads that would have the wooden heart.

Gigi: Baby Translator

Named after what my own kids call their grandmother (because she amazingly knew what they wanted), I developed a mock baby translator that took baby talk and translated it for parents and guardians. Designed a series of packaging, ads, in-store display and an interactive guerrilla marketing component.

Posters

Designed a poster for breast cancer awareness for Susan G. Komen.
_____

Photographed the letters A through Z and created a font “type” by using elements within my own environment at
my home. The theory behind it is everyone has their own “type of life”.
